EZTS GO gost na zaključku Programa EUROsociAL II (Madrid, 19-22.10.2015)

EZTS GO gost na končnem srečanju Programa EUROsociAL II za tematski seminar "Territorio y Políticas Públicas: Reduciendo brechas territoriales para la cohesión social".

Seminar je potekal v štirih delih:

I. El territorio importa: estrategias nacionales de desarrollo regional en América Latina
II. Las políticas públicas desde una perspectiva territorial: problemas y oportunidades
III. Gobernanza multinivel: capacidades e instrumentos para facilitar la gestión compartida de las políticas de cohesión territorial
IV. La gestión territorial de las políticas sociales y las políticas de salud: enfoque complementario y convergente

V drugem delu II. "Las políticas públicas desde una perspectiva territorial: problemas y oportunidades" – dne 21. oktobra je predvidena predstavitev izkušenj v Latinski Ameriki in Evropi, na kateri bo EZTS GO predstavil "La gobernanza de las relaciones transnacionales: el caso de la Agrupación Europea de Cooperación Territorial "Gorizia – Nova Gorica".

Cross-border urban integration: European groupings of territorial cooperation in twin cities and cross-border agglomerations

This workshop will focus on how EU regional programmes can promote more balanced territorial development in rural or rural-urban contexts. The special
challenge of border cities and border rural hinterlands will be addressed under this theme. Most of the EGTCs have developed a development strategy for
their territory. Use of regional and cross-border programmes may be used to develop twin cities or urban-rural areas.
DG Regio and the Mission opérationnelle transfrontalière will also present tools available for border cities: the URBACT project "Expertising governance in
transfrontier conurbations" and tools for the governance of border cities and agglomerations.

- Authorities managing and evaluating cohesion policy programmes and projects
- Other stakeholders: European and national associations

Projekt TIP: zaključni dogodek

Občina Gorica in SDAG vas vabita na zaključni dogodek projekta
TIP
Transborder Integrated Platform
(Program čezmejnega sodelovanja Slovenija-Italija 2007-2013), 
ki bo potekal 23. aprila 2015 v sejni dvorani Občine Gorica.

Agenda

 Projekt TIP predvideva projektiranje ukrepov in dejanj za hitrejše funkcionalno povezovanje območij tovornega in intermodalnega terminala v Gorici in Vrtojbi z avtocestno osjo "Vilesse/Vileš - Gorica - Razdrto" s posebnim poudarkom na naslednjih vidikih:

- povezovalne prometnice z infrastrukturo obmejnega pasu in z dostopi do čezmejnih urbanih območij;
- razširitev in razvoj intermodalnega sistema cestnega in RoLa prometa med Italijo in Slovenijo;
- prestrukturiranje in širjenje počivališč, novih storitev in širjenje obstoječih struktur (gostinstvo, počivališče in varnost, vzdrževanje vozil, pranje vozil itd.) z uporabo novih tehnologij;
- okoljska in prostorska združljivost v zvezi s prometom, urbanističnim oblikovanjem, energetsko učinkovitostjo struktur.

EZTS GO gost na seminarju INTERACT: Interreg and European groupings on territorial cooperation (Madrid, 14. 4. 2015)

INTERACT organises a special seminar for EGTCs in April to introduce them to the Interreg world and also to promote their participation in programmes and projects. The Interreg programme's stakeholders are also welcome to participate.

The aim of the Seminar: Interreg and European groupings on territorial cooperation is to provide the EGTCs representatives with a digestible amount of relevant knowledge on the Interreg world – at both programme and project level. By learning the legal framework, commonly used terms (like Managing Authority, Lead Partner, etc.), programme and project lifecycles, the groupings would get a better understanding of the "rules of the game". While by presenting cases of EGTCs already involved in Interreg, INTERACT aims at raising the awareness about use of EGTC in Interreg.
In case participants would like to learn more about generating Interreg projects, the day after - on 15th April - the Workshop on Project Generation and Development is organized in the same venue. Participants of this seminar are welcome to also take part in this event.
